GOD Says So™ | Scripture-Rooted Encouragement for Christian Moms
Every day, the world is telling our children what to believe and who to become. But the voice they need most is God’s.
The next generation will build their lives on something. Let’s lead them to the one foundation that will never fail—Jesus Christ and the unchanging truth of God’s Word.
GOD Says So™ is a mission-driven, Scripture-rooted podcast created to equip and encourage Christian moms to grow in God’s Word, strengthen their faith, live by what God says, and pass His truth on to the children they love—so the next generation grows up rooted in Scripture.
Hi, I’m Donna, founder of GOD Says So™ and host of the GOD Says So podcast. In each short, encouraging episode, we’ll spend time in God’s Word, pray together, and I’ll share one practical way to bring His truth into your everyday family life.
If you know a Christian mom who wants to grow in God’s Word and help her children know His truth, would you share this with her?
Let’s do this together.
By God’s grace, let’s raise a generation that knows God’s Word, follows Jesus, and lives by what God says—so one day, they can pass it on.
All for His glory.
Live by What God Says. Pass It On.

What Does Love Look Like in Everyday Family Life? | Series: The Fruit of the Spirit in Everyday Family Life
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
It’s easy to show love when everything is going smoothly. But what does love look like when it isn’t?
In this episode of the GOD Says So™ Podcast, we’re beginning with the first characteristic of the Fruit of the Spirit: love.
Jesus said, “Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.” — John 13:34 (NLT)
That gives us a beautiful standard for everyday family life.
Our children don’t have to get everything right to be loved. And even in moments when they need guidance, correction, or boundaries, they can still feel secure in our love.
But what about the moments when we don’t respond the way we wish we had?
There’s grace there too.
And Mom, here’s something I really want you to hear:
Your child’s behavior doesn’t change your love for them—and your imperfect response doesn’t change Jesus’ love for you.
We’ll look at how the Holy Spirit can help you pause in the middle of real-life moments and respond in a way that reflects the steady, unconditional love of Jesus.
And you’ll leave with one short prayer you can use anytime frustration or impatience begins to rise.
If you want your child to experience the love of Jesus not only through what you teach but through the way you speak, respond, correct, and reconnect, this episode is for you.
Stay Rooted in Scripture.
Live by What God Says.
Pass It On.
